Highly subjective. Depends on how often the plane's flown more than anything. Recips require less maintenance if you fly them regularly, not just run them. As such, warbirds typically have much lower TBO on their engines than commerically used recips. Typically both the R1830 and R2800 can get close to 2000 hours TBO when flown regularly (a couple times a week minimum), but they can get as little as 200 hours if not flown more than a couple times a month.
